    We made these and they were strange. Very tasty but fell apart and very hard to get out of the waffle iron. Then they are very sugary and crispy. More like cookies than waffles. We’re going to break the leftovers up and use them as an ice cream mix in.

    Not sure what went wrong, but these completely fell apart. Delicious but messy. Will make as pancakes next time.
