Broiled ginger-lime chicken from EatingWell Magazine, Jan/Feb 2015 (page 75)

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

Excellent. I marinated my chicken for six hours which I recommend to give it time to soak up the lovely spices, lime juice, and green onions. Based on reviews from the Eating Well online recipe site, I decided to follow reviewers’ suggestions. I browned my thighs in canola oil for 5 minutes. Then, instead of broiling, I baked them at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Came out perfect- that cook style did lose the grilled top look and taste. We didn’t miss it. A wonderful addition to our mid- Eastern recipe file. Served with basmati rice salad.
