Amish dinner rolls from King Arthur Flour

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Try 1/2 tsp more salt next time. I used the weight measurements and needed quite a bit more flour just to get it to come together. KA only counts 120 grams flour to a cup and I suspect all these people who are having no problem with the flour amount are using volume and getting heavier cups. (I tested mine and it was closer to 150 grams) So if you weigh be prepared to add more flour. Unfortunately I don't know exactly how much more I used. Maybe 1/3 cup. I stopped adding when it just came together but were very sticky and I think that was just right. See KA pic of Hawaiian rolls to see how to space them. I thought they didn't fill the pan but turns out I just squished them too close together.
