    I failed to read the instructions properly. I made the dough and proceeded as with regular pizza, but this recipe actually calls for you to prebake the crust before adding the toppings. Oops. That is why my crust was underdone. It was ok anyway, though I wouldn't remake it with that extra fussy steps. One huge plus though, this dough is very easy to stretch and shape.
