    Inspired by a 2016 peer-reviewed study on "The Effects of Breakfast Consumption and Composition on Metabolic Wellness with a Focus on Carbohydrate Metabolism," I have decided to eat beans for breakfast every day. This was my first day -- a worthy beginning. I'll probably make this again and again as I cycle through the 8,240 EYB tells me I can choose from; oops, sorry, that's 8,240 in my personal collection, I could use any of the 159,954 from the Library.
