Can substitute dried yeast for fresh yeast.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Lovely soft fluffy bread, pretty easy to prepare too

I was convinced I'd ruined this as I didn't leave it long enough to prove, my kitchen wasn't warm enough for it to rise properly and the air fryer in which I cooked it only goes up to 210 degrees instead of the specified 250. However it actually had a lovely flavour and texture despite its small size (and would probably be even nicer had it had enough time to rise). You can't taste the potato but it provides a nice soft texture. The directions suggest the dough is very wet but using the measurements specified it was much drier than expected. I think it's also the first time I've made bread without kneading the dough by hand (they recommend a spoon instead) which avoided a lot of mess.
