    4.5 stars. Really excellent recipe! Needed far more salt, pepper, nutmeg, and allspice in the meatball mixture. Subbed dairy free milk and heavy cream with no ill effect. Soaking the white bread in milk was an excellent way to maintain the texture of the meatball without sacrificing juiciness. Definitely need a stand mixer to combine everything properly - especially the soaked bread. Will make again!
