Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    These taste nice, though I must make double the quantity next time. I scaled by 1.5 and still only got 10 muffins out of it. Have made twice now and the muffins always rise up and then overflow in a funny way, creating some odd looking muffin tops, which doesn't really bother me but maybe isn't nice enough if baking for guests. The sugar can certainly be reduced by a quarter. Would make again with tweaks.
