Can substitute a combination of green beans and yellow beans for green beans, shell shaped pasta for elbow macaroni pasta, and basil or this book's recipe for Pistou, or Parsley pesto for some of the parsley. See recipe for variations. Beans need to soak for at least 4 hours.
