    Made this without the olives and pistachios as I didn’t want it to overpower the fish I am serving it with. It works, and has a delicious chewiness. I topped with rosemary and chunky salt this time, but may go for the nuts and olives next time. A hit.

    An incredibly easy and delicious bread that has become a favorite. The mixture seems very dry, at first, but the water and flour turn into the slack dough you want for those holes.
