Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I made this for a freezer meal, and my family freaking loved it. They couldn't believe how good it was. I'll make it again for a freezer meal!

    Used 2 cans of beans instead of 3. Tex-mex loving, meat loving partner enjoyed it. Would streamline the process next time - canned tomatoes too wet to really roast in the oven.
