    Can substitute canola oil for safflower oil.

    These were not very structural, but quite tasty. Next time I'll reduce the amount of sauce and increase the chilling time. I might even partially freeze the chicken mixture, shape it, and then fully freeze the nuggets for best shapeliness. The lemon juice really elevates them.
