Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Made these a bit larger than directed (maybe 3 inch?) Ended up with 30 pierogies and used up all the filling. 2 inches would have been very difficult to work with. I liked these better boiled than sauteed so I will skip the sauté step next time. Next time I will roll them a bit thinner than directed-the thinnest ones had the best texture. Subbed 10% fat Greek yogurt for the sour cream in the dough. I would do that again since I usually have it on hand. Filling and dough were very good and surprisingly easy to work with, so will definitely repeat.
