    Easy, next-level grilled cheese. Addictive! We used Rebel brand plant-based cheeses to good effect — their smoked cheddar, and Brie, along with Gruyère for that variation. It’s the perfect use for non dairy cheese, puréeing it with wine to make a spread that obscures the not-quite-cheesy texture.
