    I think I’ve found my new favourite banana cake. Didn’t make the icing as I have a kiddo that dislikes cream cheese, but it doesn’t need it. Absolutely delicious.

    Made this with very ripe bananas I had peeled, frozen and then defrosted and refrigerated for a couple of days before use. Absolutely delicious, almost toffee-like in flavour.
