    p. 153 – This was one of the recipes that first attracted me to this book and it didn’t disappoint. mr bc isn’t a big fan of coconut milk curries but he loved this and you really couldn’t tell there was coconut milk in it. All the flavours in the tomato-based sauce were balanced. The heat level was perfect. Another keeper from this book. Simple and delicious.
