    p. – 155 - Delicious! I made one change to the preparation of this dish by leaving the potatoes in pieces vs mashing them. This was a quick and flavourful version of this dish. Its vibrant yellow colour made it a visual standout on the table. This is used as a filling in a Masala dosa at a Toronto restaurant. It made for a great side dish on my menu and today it will be used as a roti-filler along with some chickpeas. I’d make this again. Great dish.
