    Super simple and super tasty. I've made this twice in the last week and its turned out perfectly both times. The nice surprise is the juices at the bottom of the pan, they are delicious - chickeny, herby and lemony. I made it with and without the anchovies and couldn't really notice the difference, so will probably leave them out next time. One note with the cooking time, the potatoes need a head start as they cook slower than the chicken
