    Used this as inspiration for the pumpkin ferment, but dislike sweet spices with pumpkin. So I included chilli, garlic, onion and ginger. Future pumpkin ferments will think about including some of fresh turmeric, fresh sage/rosemary/oregano/thyme, cumin/whole garam masala/fenugreek/other indian spices, fresh basil. UPDATE: Excellent result. Loving the ferment flavours.
