    This recipe makes quite a soupy curry, as the potatoes are boiled in the liquid with a lid on. It tastes quite nice, but I'm not too keen on the curdled look of the liquid that comes from adding yoghurt (or sour cream in my case). Certainly quick and easy to make without much fuss!
