    This recipe has become a staple for the holidays at my house. It's the one dish that I'm constantly asked to bring to any gathering. I don't make mine in the 9 inch baking pan, I like making them smaller in a cupcake tin. I keep the temperature the same but check them for doneness around the 30 minute mark. The cornbake is moist and I love getting all the different iterations of corn when I have a bite!
