    I made this with broccoli instead of asparagus, since my partner doesn't like the latter. We thought the sauce was really tasty, and the chicken breasts stayed pretty moist and didn't dry out which was also good. The shallots definitely added a delicious savoury note, which balanced well with the creme fraiche and lemon. I'll make this again.

    Very tasty, easy midweek meal- went down very well with kids and adults alike. Not sure I agree with Mary that it could be served at a dinner party- it’d have to be a very casual dinner party.
