    We had this today as the “alternative” Christmas pudding and it was delicious, especially with custard! I used a readymade tart case for easiness but will definitely make it again and make my own pastry case next time. The filling and crumble topping were quick and easy to prep - I made the filling the night before and the crumble was all made in the food processor. Would make a really good and easy winter dinner party dessert.
