    I found this to be so-so. I baked the puddings for 30 minutes and there was very little sauce left, just a speck on one side. The top was not what I would call a crust, just cooked pudding with a bit of chew. Perhaps check at 20 - 25 minutes. The flavour was unusual, but OK; texture, smooth and very dense.
