    The lemon juice and garlic marinade adds a mild, light flavor to the shrimp. I used my stovetop skinny grill pan and my shrimp were finished in less than five minutes. This would make a great topping for a Caesar salad. I made it as a light protein main to go with leftover July 4 salads I had in the fridge. Great summer meal at the end of a hot day.
