    Made this for lunch today and was happy that I had all the ingredients (except celery seed which I omitted) in my cupboards / fridge already. Very easy, quick and satisfying - I thought it needed a bit more sweetness so added a swirl of maple syrup at the end.

    Excellent using 28 oz Italian imported can of tomatoes. Used fresh rosemary. 2 oz cream cheese with about 1/2 C whole milk. Photo added.
