    Ok, so I didn't have spring onions, and I didn't fancy grilled skewers, so decided it might make a wonderful sir-fry ...and it did! A small ordinary brown onion subbed in for those spring onions, and celery added for crunch.... fantastic. Hard to believe it was also diet conscious!
