Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    We decided around noon to grill chicken kabobs for tonight's dinner. This was one of the few recipes that didn't require an extended marination and I had all the ingredients on hand. The kabobs had very good flavor after only an hour of marinating time. Doubled the white wine vinegar, added 2 yellow bell peppers, and a 1/2 pound of cremini mushrooms. I think you could successfully substitute lemon juice for the white wine vinegar and add the zest too.
