Chocolate-banana bundt cake from Modern Jewish Cooking: Recipes & Customs for Today's Kitchen (page 294) by Leah Koenig

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Agree with Zosia - perfect texture, great blend of flavors. Tasted better the second day. Brought it into work and caught more than a couple coworkers going back for seconds.

Wow, this was good! Moist and rich with a perfect balance of chocolate and banana. It made a large cake that kept well for a few days. Definitely one to repeat.
