Notes about this recipe

  • Eat Your Books

Requires a spiralizer. Despite the title, this recipe does not call for tabouleh. See recipe for variations.

This is an amazingly easy and oh so tasty dish, the tomatokeftedes are something I've not come across before but will be a keeper for me. The Cauliflower Tabouleh (made entirely from cauliflower) and tzatziki add such a range of flavours and textures to a very healthy meal of 170 calories. A real winner.
