Requires a spiralizer. Despite the title, this recipe does not call for noodles. Can substitute Sriracha sauce or chili garlic sauce for Thai chili oil.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This was delicious. I added 2 ounces of gluten free cooked Mafalda noodles at the end. I’d make this again as it was so simple to prepare and so tasty. I used gluten free hoisin sauce and tamari, making the dish gluten free. We didn’t have any Thai basil leaves, so we sprinkled thinly sliced kaffir lime leaves over the top.
