Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Very nice! A low carb version of a timpano. Next time I’d use standard mozzarella instead of fresh, so it turns out more melty and less squeaky. Only had tomato purée and not tomato sauce, so ours turned out a little soupy. All in all though still very nice. Would be good with some fresh basil!
