Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I made the version of this that's available on Jamie Oliver's website. It's a fair bit of work if you make everything from scratch (as I did), but it makes a lot so I have some to freeze for future meals. My leeks were huge so I only needed 2 instead of the 4 listed in the recipe. A nice vegetarian meal that reheats well.
