    I made this for lunch and found it to be nothing special at all. I made it as written, using kale as the green and parmigiano-reggiano as the cheese topping. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't good enough for me to want to make it again. I will say that the mustard added a nice sharp bite, but it was too subtle. This dish needs some more herbs and spices. Also, I think I might like it better with spinach as the green.
