Brioche from The French Laundry Cookbook by Thomas Keller

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

To note, I’m not the biggest fan of brioche but I’m making it for another meal. However, if I were, this would probably be 4.5 stars. It is very soft on the inside and I really appreciate the crisp borders of the bread. If you don’t want your bread with a crust, turn them into rolls rather than using a bread pan. I also want to add that by bread slid RIGHT out of the pan ?? *side eye’s Mr. AntiChef lol* but I did use a lot of butter and was taught how to do so as my household has baked since I was pretty young. Solid recipe and I would actually make this again but not to eat by itself the way I would do a general baguette ??
