    Made 1/2 recipe using a thicker backstrap. The unusual components all worked together really well. Using the photo as a guide, I wasn't sure if the berries should be strained or if I should serve all the sauce; I used all the sauce with the berries and was glad. I only used about half the crumble though - thought the ginger was a little strong. Also be careful not to burn the cacao nibs (mine browned faster). Served with a side of spinach for a delicious, restaurant quality meal.
