    Wow this is delicious! I increased the cheese to 6 ounces in the dough and added 2 tablespoons for topping the loaves. Added 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard to the dough mixture to sharpen the flavor a bit. Can vary this with different cheeses such as Asiago or gruyere.
