Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    With all the substitutions I made, can I really say I made this? I used 1/2 sour cream to replace 1/2 mayo; I had no Parmesan so used Romano; I was leery of 4 anchovies ?so used only 2. Still it was very good dressing.

    Excellent and very simple recipe. I like my Caesar dressing a bit more punchy, so added 1/2ts Dijon, a dash of fish sauce, and a few squeezes from a lemon. Perfection!
