Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    It’s okay but the process gets messy. I’m not in love with onion rings so I don’t know if I would put much effort into it again.

    This method had good results. Unfortunately I sliced the onions way too thin and the onion flavor was completely lost to the coating. Next time I plan to slice the onions 3/4 - 1" thick.
