Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    My slow cooker may be a bit slower as 4 hours on slow didn’t have the chicken falling off the bone. I removed the skin and bone and returned the cooker onto low again for another two hours. If made again I would leave it on for the regular 7 to 8 hours that most recipes advise. I was not a fan of this recipe but love the chicken cosima, which is similar but had much more flavour. It was however very easy and worth another trial with the longer cooking time and a little less stock.
