Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    These are delicious! Really light and tasty. I wasn't sure about the banana at first but it adds a lot of moisture and makes the muffins taste much more like a regular gluten based muffin. My son's not a fan of lemon zest at the moment so I skipped that and instead added some Steenberg apple pie spice and vanilla extract. Really very nice and loved by all, definitely one to make again.
