    This was very delicious and easy. My only change was to use 1/2 pound chicken breasts rather than a whole pound. That was perfect for us. My only quarrel with the recipe is the directions. I had to read and re-read the recipe to understand exactly when you add the chicken to the sauce to cook the chicken. You could easily substitute leftover meat from a rotisserie chicken. The amount of heavy cream and vodka was exactly right.
