    We enjoyed this cheesy chicken using roasted Anaheim chiles from my "garden to freezer" stash, served alongside a corn & black bean salsa/salad. However, I think next time, I will try butterflying/crumb coating/airfrying the chicken for more even cooking & some crunch and then adding the chiles & cheese in the last few minutes of the cooktime. So yes, I will make this again.
