Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    One of my all time favorites. This is so simple with so few ingredients but the end result is phenomenal - just exploding with flavor, sweet from the pork and tomatoes, spicy, just so good. I like to serve this with whole wheat spaghetti, the whole wheat goes well with the rustic sauce. I'm sure it would be great with the fresh linguine from the book as well. Serve with plenty of grated parmesan!
