    Absolutely lovely! The addition of orange zest and simmering the rhubarb in orange juice was an absolute game changer in how I usually enjoy rhubarb. I didn't add ginger or vanilla (I just wanted to experience the rhubarb and the orange together) but I'm excited to try those variations as well!
