    Surprisingly easy to make and turned out beautifully. I halved the recipe and used duck fat for lard. Will bring atvwork tomorrow, we will see if the taste is as good as the look! (Shame I could not frame the picture to have the entire thing). Just a note that I was missing some flour, the proportions might have been different for duck fat.
