Correction from the King Arthur website: This is a rich, tender dough that makes great cookies. Be sure to work with well-chilled dough; if your cutters have a lot of detail, add up to 1/2 cup additional flour to the recipe to get more sharply defined edges. Correct baking temperature is 350°F.
