  • Sweet potato biscuits

      These are tasty but are rather sweet. They're almost more of a dessert than a side dish. I only used 3/4 cup of heavy cream instead of the full cup as the dough didn't seem to need anymore.

  • Roll-out sugar cookies

      This recipe is very nice to work with. The cookies crisp up after baking. There is a hint of almond flavour.

  • Pretzel bites

      These are very easy and very good pretzel snacks. The dough only rises for 30 minutes. Be careful not to overdo the salt topping. Both the salt and sugar topped bites are quite good.
