Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Made to use in the Serious Eats Cornbread Dressing recipe, but I tasted a bit before assembling and it was a good, basic cornbread. The batter was very thin but it baked up fine! I used regular corn meal, dried buttermilk (mixed with dry ingredients and then just water in the egg mix), and did use the optional sugar.
