    Very flavorful! Be careful with the amount of salt. I've only cooked it in a pot vs. a pressure cooker and found the different sizes of beans to be difficult to cook at the same time. Next time i make this recipe, I would stick to beans around the same size.

    Forgot to soak beans, made in pressure cooker and worked brilliantly. Used the Waitrose 10 bean mix - would love to try heirloom beans but seem impossible to get in UK
